TL;DR: I build Laravel software, maintain open source, help teams fix and improve existing applications, and share what I learn with the Laravel community. Want the boring resume?
About Punyapal Shah
I work on production Laravel applications and the tooling around them. I care about practical architecture, reliable systems, and code that's easy to understand, safe to change, and maintain as applications grow.
A lot of my work is across SaaS and multi-tenant platforms, marketplaces, booking systems, and ecommerce applications. My work also includes payment integrations, third-party APIs, webhooks, queues, background workflows, and modernizing older Laravel applications. I spend a lot of time on testing, static analysis, performance, and database work with tools like Pest, PHPStan, and Rector. You can see some of that work on the projects page, or learn more about the services I offer.
Open source is a big part of what I do. I am on the Core Team for Pest and Pinkary, collaborate on panphp/pan, and maintain official Pest tooling such as pest-plugin-phpstan and pest-plugin-rector. I also maintain laravel-extended-relationships. You can find more of it on the open source page.
I founded Laravel Artisans, a community of more than 5,000 Laravel developers. I also volunteer with Laravel Ahmedabad and Laracon India, and speak about testing, static analysis, automated refactoring, and Laravel engineering. You can find my talks, slides, and recordings on the talks page.
If my work has helped you, consider sponsoring my open source work.
